Dish #12

Eating poor has forced me to get creative. Not only have I had to cut spending, but because of my upcoming trip I also don't want to buy food and have it go to waste because of not finishing it in time. So, this dish was made with stuff I had on hand- red lentils with chopped onion, minced garlic and garam masala found in my spice rack. After simmering everything in water for 45 minutes, I had a nice filling meal after adding some tofu.
