This morning while laying in bed watching TV I kept hearing and seeing chunks of snow/ice falling out my window. While walking around the city, you see long icicles hanging from houses. I didn't have to go far to find some icicles. Just outside my apartment (this is my outside wall) I found these hanging from pipes of some sort.
