Last night I met a friend and went up the street to American Craft. Now, what can possibly be better than blue cheese chips? Blue Cheese Fries! Yes, we had some last night and they were delicious! I had 2 beers which left me laying in bed with the room spinning! (Ok, one was 10% alcohol). I've been having these recurring nightmares about being stalked and getting trapped inside by the would be murderers. Of course, this comes after learning I had my back door unlocked for 3 days before realizing it! Needless to say, I didn't sleep well and had to be up for an 8am dentist appointment. I decided to make the most of my morning by stopping at the library afterwards and then make my monthly trip out to Costco. This photo is Gateway Center's parking lot. Tons of snow banks piled high, making it a little tricky maneuvering the lanes- forcing me to walk in the driving lane instead of cutting through- no way was I going to attempt to climb these things! I grabbed what I needed at Costco and came home and started reading "Interview with the Vampire". My friend and I went to the gym (I'm going to be so sore tomorrow) and then I did yoga before making my mom's homemade cheese enchiladas! I was so excited b/c I really miss California Mexican food. My mouth was watering as I waited for them to cook in the oven, and they turned out just as good as moms! Yay. It's early so I'm thinking I'm going to turn in early. Running around outside on a clear day with temps in the low 20s with wind chill making it feel like 11° has the same effect as spending an afternoon swimming in the summer... it makes you feel completely drained and exhausted!
