Started the day by walking to work. I've been walking either to or from work for a little over a week now. 32 minutes door-to-door. Weather called for rain this afternoon so I decide to walk to work (since it wasn't raining yet) instead of walking home after work in the rain. It's dark and gray out and was hit with a downpour the minute I walked out of the gym on my lunch break. Thank goodness I had an umbrella ready, but I still decided to go in through the Longwood Ave entrance and navigate the corridors of the TMEC building to get back to my office so I didn't get soaked. There's still some patches of snow from our April 1st snowstorm, but since we are supposed to warm up this week and get more April showers, I have a feeling we may have seen the last of snow until the late fall.
This started as a 365 day-by-day blog of my life in Boston as a 2nd year transplant from May 2010- May 2011. I continued into my 3rd year before one of my New Year's Resolutions was to make something new each week. So I blogged about my dishes with photos. Now, another resolution has brought me back to blogging. In March 2014 I plan on spending only $45 which can only go towards food/beverages. Stay tuned to see how I do.
