DMV

Today is the day that I was stressing over. Time to go to the DMV to renew my license. I was stressing that I would have to take a written test, but thankfully all I had to do was do the eye exam, provide a thumb print and take a new photo. I was in and out of the DMV in 20 minutes (a record). While I was there 2 of my friends were also getting their licenses renewed. Of course I didn't know it at the time, only after I left and saw facebook posts did I know we were all there at the same time. Had I known, it could have been a mini reunion. I'm glad to finally have a new photo b/c the one on my current license is 12 years old. I did learn that the new CA State licenses are taking awhile for them to get mailed out and that they are coming from MA, of all places. Afterwards I ate at In-N-Out then past some time while the cars tires were getting rotated and walked around Costco, where I ran into some good friends and nearly dropped to my knees as I walked the aisles of alcohol Costco had (an nearly lost it when I saw that almost all the liquors had coupons). The weather was nice after the clouds burned off and had fun playing outside with my niece and nephew.
