Boston City Hall

Boston has some very unique architecture, and sometimes it stands out like a sore thumb b/c it is so different from what you would expect from a historical city. I pass City Hall quite frequently, like when heading to the North End or Haymarket. It reminds me of Cal State San Marcos and how we said it looked like a prison. You would think the architecture of City Hall would be something other than block like. Looking at this building, I see that it reflects the kind of day it was. Cold. It was bitterly cold with very strong winds, unlike the high 50s we experienced yesterday and the day before. I ran a whole bunch of errands b/c tomorrow and Monday are supposed to be even colder with snow falling again. I bought seeds and some containers to plant them in, now all I need is some potting soil and my mission to force spring into my life will commence.
